Zivile Einikyte - Creator & Events, Podcast Host of Perception Paradox Meet Zivile Einikyte. A seasoned event host who brings energy and insightful moderation at international tech and innovation forums. As the foundress of the podcast “Perception Paradox”, she dives into the heart of Europe's startup ecosystem, spotlighting the inspiring journeys of underdog founders and fostering conversations that challenge and expand our perceptions of life and technology.
What are some of the key skills or qualities that you think are essential for success as an entrepreneur? And what initially sparked your entrepreneurial spirit and led you to pursue this venture?
I would say resilience, adaptability, creativity, and consistency. My whole journey was sparked by my curiosity and willingness to share and inspire people.
How do you stay motivated and focused when faced with setbacks or challenges in your business? How do you overcome them?
I stay motivated and focused by maintaining a clear vision of my goals while remaining open to adapting my strategies to address any challenges that arise. Rather than postponing issues, I confront them head-on, allowing me to overcome obstacles and stay on track toward achieving my objectives.
What have been some of the biggest lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?
I've learned that being adaptable is crucial. Markets and industries are always changing, so it's important to be able to adjust your strategies as needed. Taking action is better than refining for perfection. Also, having a strong network of mentors and advisors has been really helpful. Overall, by embracing feedback and engaging in constant testing, we can develop great ideas. It's an ongoing process that demands both speed and collaboration among brilliant minds
Founders often face the challenge of prioritizing personal well-being amidst the startup grind. Can you share some specific strategies you've implemented to create a healthy work-life integration while managing the demanding schedule of a startup founder?
Establishing a self-care routine and setting boundaries are essential practices for me. Movement and time spent in nature are particularly rejuvenating. Making daily self-care practices a non-negotiable part of my routine is more about discipline than aspiration. After all, we can only build strong companies and teams if we ourselves are healthy and strong.
How do you strategically stay informed about industry trends and upcoming technologies to ensure your business is prepared for the future?
I stay informed by keeping up with industry publications, attending conferences and webinars, and networking with other professionals in my field. Additionally, I subscribe to newsletters and podcasts, to stay up-to-date with the latest developments. Having my own podcast helps me stay up to date with the underdog founders scene. It offers me the opportunity to engage with remarkable individuals who not only inspire but also educate me. Podcasting is a reciprocal process involving thorough preparation and an openness to see where the conversation might lead. This natural, organic flow often produces incredible insights and learnings.
What are your long-term goals for your company, and how do you envision its future impact?
The core of this journey lies in inspiring and educating people to create authentically and embrace unconventional thinking. Although podcasts and workshops are my current tools, I believe that well-being is not a static destination but rather an ongoing habit that everyone embraces and adapts to their own situation. Therefore, I remain flexible to evolving market trends and founders' needs. My primary focus is consistently on empowering individuals through compelling stories and inspiring narratives with Perception Paradox.
