During a 3–6 month journey, you’ll become part of the TechChill team, working side by side with the people who make the leading Baltic startup conference happen. You’ll gain hands-on experience that will open doors into the tech and startup world, where TechChill is a trusted name across Europe and beyond.

What can you do at TechChill?

PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO COO
This is a position with a high learning opportunity, working closely with the company's COO and supporting her in various day-to-day things

SPEAKER EXPERIENCE
You will collaborate with the COO, the production manager and ask the team for all the intros needed that speakers have requested

Managing the process of making intros, booking, connections with founders, ecosystem people, investors, gov people

Collaborate with the volunteer team during the event, to provide the highest level possible treatment and support in the event venue for these high-level people

People like to see the progress and people behind the scenes, so the company would look as relatable, transparent, honest, and human as it can be.

Make creative, funny, real, and outstanding content for socials, like latest trends, funtivities, just random things happening, make content with ecosystem people.

Use the TechChill videos of previous years to distribute as lessons learned and valuable content.
ASSISTANT TO MARKETING MANAGER
If your passion is marketing, content creation, graphic design then this is the best place to master these skills . You will work closely with different kind of AI tools and Marketing manager.
